Alina Zea2020-09-25Amazing weekend getaway and so close to Dallas yet it feels like you are in a Ranch far away from everything. My daughter loved walking on the river, finding fossils and she learned to skip stones. The owner David (Dentist) is great and working in the ranch over the weekends. There are people that board their horses here its so beautiful, the scenery and the bottle legger cabin great for a small family or couple. Went during COVID, very clean and all protocols in place! Perfectly built and the jacuzzi WOW!! The view in the back porch completely gorgeous. David purchased a brand new grill for us we grilled the best steak and veggies, enjoyed the string lights in porch. We loved our stay very much just wish we could have ridden horses. Highly reccomend this cabin to anyone that wants to escape and not drive far from DFW area.

The cabins are historically accurate yet modern day comforts are everywhere. This peaceful, quiet ranch seems hours away from the hustle and bustle of Dallas yet it's not. What a great local place!
