• No public drunkenness.
• No smoking in or near the buildings.
• No smoking during burn bans.
• Music should be kept at a reasonable level.
• Please respect our City Noise Ordinance, which begins at 10:00 P.M. Music must be turned off promptly at 10:00 P.M.
• All guests not staying in the cabin must leave the ranch by 11:00 P.M.
• Do not park on or drive on the grass. Larger parties will be directed to grass parking areas. Please follow the signs.
• Party organizers will be solely responsible for any damage to ranch property.
• Hosts will sign waivers. We encourage hosts to request that all guests also sign waivers.
• Violation of ranch rules may result in early dismissal from the ranch and forfeiture of fees.

The cabin is priced differently for weekdays, weekends and holidays. Currently are pricing is as follows:

• One Night: $249.00 (non-holiday)
• Two Nights or More: $199.00 (non-holiday)
• Holiday Rates: $249.00 with a two-night minimum stay (holiday calendar determined by management)

Civil War Cabin: Accommodates up to four people in beds. Additional guests can sleep on a fold-out chair, couch, or in sleeping bags ($25 per person, per night for over four guests).

Bootlegger’s Shack: Accommodates two people. Additional guests can stay on inflatable beds or in sleeping bags ($25 per person, per night).
